A new residential project is under construction and rising at its site at 355 North Glendale Boulevard in Echo Park, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the construction of a seven-story multifamily residential development offering spaces for residences and parking. The project replaced a collection of small commercial buildings on the site. Chicago Los Angeles-based The Bond Companies is the project developer. HED is designing the apartment complex.
