The scope of work included the construction of eight small lot homes. Named Fig & Burwood, the residential community offers residences featuring three-bedroom and four-bedroom layouts. Plans range from 1,536 square feet to 2,085 square feet. All homes are available for sale; asking prices start at $1.185 million.

The residences rise to a heigh of three stories and feature rooftop decks with built-in fireplaces.
The project site is located midway between Colorado and York Boulevards, and not far from Pasadena and Glendale city limits.
