Los Angeles-based real estate firm, Cristina, has successfully broken ground and initiated the construction of a new multi-family residential complex at 1264 North Harper Avenue in West Hollywood. The project proposal includes constructing a new four-story building containing seventeen residential units above an underground parking garage.
SPF Architects is managing the design concepts and construction of the project.

The project site present houses an apartment building built in the 1950s. The new development will have a gross floor area of 24,000 square feet. The complex will use a 30-foot street-facing setback to create a front yard for residents. All the top floor units will have private rooftop terraces, while the rest will have access to on-site decks and patios are also proposed. Renderings reveal a contemporary facade made of perforated metal panels.

The estimated date of project completion is 2022.
The property is located on a block south of Sunset Boulevard in West Hollywood.
