A mixed-use housing project is completed for a site located at 3815-3821 West Avenue 43, Eagle Rock Boulevard, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the construction of a mixed-use building with apartments, on-site parking, and space for commercial use.
Local real estate developer, Schon Tepler Group is the project developer. Architect Sammie Tabrizi is managing the design concepts and construction.
The new development will rise an elevation of four stories and will feature twenty-eight rental units. An office space spanning an area of 1,000 square feet is planned on the ground floor. The development will also have a semi-subterranean parking space on the site. The floor areas for the dwelling units range from 755 square feet to 1,050 square feet.
Renderings depict a contemporary low-rise structure designed into two masses separated by a narrow courtyard.
The property site is located near the intersection of Avenue 43 and Eagle Rock Boulevard. The project is located near another residential plus retail development.
