Construction has finished at 3050 Kadota Street, in Simi Valley. The site has 48 new single family homes, as well as a private dog park, on 11.7 acres. Darling Development Group is behind the project.
5496 East Los Angles Avenue has reached full height, in Simi Valley. The project was first approved in 2007, but stalled for years. The last time it changed hands, was in May of 2016, when the empty lot sold for $950,000. USA Builders and Construction are currently working on the completion.
3013 East Cochran Street is set to start opening in early 2022. The project will begin showing model housing starting January 8th, according to signage posted on the property. Lennar Homes is the developer behind the project, which will bring 164 new residences to the area, along with 6,000 square feet of commercial space.
1692 Sycamore Drive is close to opening, in Simi Valley. The project, by USA Properties, will bring 311 new units to the area, many of which will be senior housing. The development has been titled “Vintage at Sycamore.”
Plans have been submitted for a new development at 1424 Patricia Avenue, in Simi Valley. The project has been titled “River House,” and will cater to seniors, with three low income housing units, and the rest of the complex at market rate. Farshid Malek is listed as the applicant.
