Beverly Grove-based real estate investment firm, South Park Group, is listed as the property owner and builder.
“Aspire Northridge” has opened at 9131 Darby Avenue in Northridge, Los Angeles. Located across the street from CSU Northridge, it will bring more housing to students. Nordhoff Darby LLC was listed as the developer, although the Northridge site is managed by LBPM.
Construction has topped out at 3570 Motor Avenue, in Palms, Los Angeles. Residence Building Management Company, out of Japan, is the developer behind the project. The design aims to replace what was once single-level commercial space with denser housing and serene, open landscape architecture.
“Inspire” has recently opened at 1363 West Colton Street in Westlake, Los Angeles. The building was developed by Bond Companies and brings denser housing to the region. It features an expansive rooftop deck with views of Los Angeles.
