According to signage posted on the property, it is titled “The Talisa Apartments,” by developers Newport Partners.

By Community Corp. of Santa Monica, the project is their first venture outside of Santa Monica and part of a larger plant to expand throughout the Westside. They have entitled the project “Vista Ballona.”
