The exterior of 3960 South Grand View Boulevard is taking shape in Mar Vista on the Westside of Los Angeles. By Community Corp. of Santa Monica, the project is their first venture outside of Santa Monica and part of a larger plant to expand throughout the Westside. They have entitled the project “Vista Ballona.”
Framing is completed at 4208 East Huntington Drive, in El Sereno. The development, by East LA Community Corporation, is entitled “Rosa de Castilla.” It will bring 83 new low-income housing units to the area.
An affordable housing project has neared its sixth and final stage in completing the wood framing at 3960 Grand View Boulevard in Mar Vista, Santa Monica.
