Plans call for the demolition of a single-family home and fourplex on the site. Los Angeles-based ELK Development is the project developer. An apartment complex broke ground a few weeks ago and is under construction at 1130-1134 Orange Drive, Hollywood. The project proposal includes the construction of a six-story apartment complex with on-site parking. Foundation work can now be seen on the project site. West Hollywood can soon see a new mixed-use development taking shape at 7617 Santa Monica Boulevard. Los Angeles-based developer LaTerra Development has successfully initiated shoring and grading activities on the project site. The project proposal includes the demolition of a car wash and the construction of a four-story residential+retail property with commercial space on the ground floor.
