Apartments + Retail Coming To 826 North Azusa Avenue In Azusa, Los Angeles

A new mixed-use apartment building is under construction at 826 North Azusa Avenue in Azusa, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the development of a building offering spaces for residential and retail uses. Serrano Development Group is the project developer. AO is designing the podium-type apartment complex, while Pacific Empire Builders is serving as general contractor.

3827 South Frances Avenue Opens in Mar Vista

3827 South Frances Avenue has opened in Mar Vista. Pacific Empire Builders was the primary contractor on the project, which has been entitled Geneva Pacific. The site brings denser housing to the area, which previously contained smaller, single-level residential buildings.
