A New Office Building Is Under Construction At 843 North Spring Street, Chinatown, Los Angeles

A commercial building will soon be replaced to take the shape of an office complex at 843 North Spring Street in Chinatown, Los Angeles. Santa Monica-based developer Redcar Properties successfully broke ground on a project consisting of four new levels atop a single-story building to serve as an office complex. Lever Architecture is managing the design concept and construction. The project is one of the first to use cross-laminated timber as a feature of both the design and the tenant experience.
