The project proposal includes the development of a supportive housing complex with 94 units and onsite amenities. Non-profit developer and service provider Little Tokyo Service Center (LTSC) is the project developer and has secured financing for the apartments. Koning Eizenberg Architecture is responsible for the design concepts.
