A new mixed-use apartment complex reaches completion for vertical construction at 3664-3688 Overland Avenue and 3667-3673 Keystone Avenue in Palms, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the development of two buildings offering residential, commercial, and parking spaces. Helio, formerly known as Oakmont Capital, is the project developer. Reed Architectural Group is responsible for the design concepts.
Framework is starting to rise for Camino Del Sol High School, in Oxnard, at the Northeast Corner of North Rose Avenue and Camino Del Sol. The project is the first phase of development for one of the last large undeveloped areas within the city limits, and is an opportunity to provide remaining public needs. It is part of a larger plan, referred to as the Northeast Community Specific Plan.
A five story, 175 unit, mixed use complex is in the works for 761 South C Street, in Oxnard. Aldersgate Investment is behind the project. The development will require the demolition of a 27,000 square foot educational training building. The working title for the project is “C Street Apartments.”
A five story development has been approved for 613- 643 South C Street, in Oxnard. Mike Sanchez, of Coastal Architects, is leading the design. The interior will be a mix of residential and commercial space.
A small mixed use complex has been approved for 140 Palm Drive, in Oxnard. Lizette Elenes, of ERA Architects is listed as the project representative. The site is currently a gated and paved lot with a couple of storage units.
