A new mixed-use development has been approved at 12500 Riverside Drive in Valley Village. The project is planned for a corner parcel at Riverside Drive and Whitsett Avenue, just north of the 101 Freeway. The development will consist of a five-story structure with 219 residential units and 2,162 square feet of ground-floor retail. The project will replace a commercial building currently on the site.

A mixed-use project has reached completion at 12444 Chandler Boulevard in Valley Village. The project proposal includes the construction of new apartments and retail space next to the G Line busway. Yaron Levy is the project developer. GMPA Architects is responsible for the designs.
Exterior work is wrapping up at 5501 N. Laurel Canyon Boulevard, in Valley Village. The project will bring denser housing, along with some low income units to the area. Recent renderings show a redesign of the exterior aesthetic, while structural elements remain the same. Permits were initially filed in 2016, but then delayed to meet disabled access requirements. The site previously contained a smaller commercial structure.
12147 Magnolia Boulevardhas opened in Valley Village. Americana Management is running the rental process. The site has brought denser housing, as well as some low income housing to the area.
