The International Living Future Institute (ILFI)– the world’s most rigorous green building standard– granted the property its zero carbon ready status.

The project aims to provide a blueprint for sustainable and responsible home-building practices in the future. Zero One is the first home within the Zero Series to be completed, and it illustrates the collection’s fusion of sustainability with luxurious designs. Key sustainable elements include green energy, Tesla batteries, solar panels, sustainable timber, and recycled steel at the site level.

The developer invested $2 million in landscaping, revegetating 317 trees, including native coastal oaks, Monterey cypress, pines, and fifteen other species. The residential property also features fauna habitat restoration initiatives, beehives for yearly harvests, fruit orchards, vegetable, and herb gardens.
