The site is nearly 20 acres of farmland, close to several other recent developments, some farmland, and an industrial zone. The proposal calls for 285 Townhomes. 29 of the units will be set aside for moderate income housing.

Buildings will be divided into four, six, and eight plex layouts. They will be two to three stories, with garage parking on the ground floor. Designs include a recreation building and a fitness center. The working name for the plan is “Camarillo Village Homes.”

  1. I live on Mike Lopez Drive in Camarillo right next to your new construction on Louis and Pleasant Valley Road in Camarillo. Why are you building so high on the Mike Lopez Drive side?? . You will be totally blocking all of those townhomes views …Shame on the city for allowing that
