66 new homes have been proposed for 29646 Agoura Road, in Agoura Hills. The city held a virtual development project public forum on Wednesday March 2nd at 6 p.m. to inform neighboring property owners, businesses, and interested community members of this proposal, to seek their comments, and respond to questions. Developers Church of the Foursquare Gospel, also known as Gateway Church, and Warmington Residential, are representing the project.

The lot is largely undeveloped, with a few structures related to the church and facilities. It is west of the adjacent cross streets Agoura Road and Kanan Road. Plans call for the division of the single lot into five separate ones, totaling in 109 acres.

The proposal requires the development of Lot 1, which is 9.5 acres, into the new Condominium homes. The development of Lot 2, which is 3.5 acres will be a new Church Sanctuary Building. The church will be 25,800 square feet in total.

Plans from 2018 list Withee Malcolm as the site architecture firm. The units are each two stories tall, with four or five bedrooms, and three and a half baths. They each have around 2,000 square feet of floor, including a garage.

  1. Another shit development ruining a beautiful landscape. Agoura hills is now becoming a suburban banal landscape which will look like a slum in a few years…………not a garden suburb. Lifeless, banal planning and dumb buildings. Doesn’t matter what side of the street the building is on, where the light comes from, etc. Might as well be anywhere else.

    I think you should mind your own business our land is not just for wildflowers there are lots of people that need homes to live in nice areas
