A new residential project has been pitched for development at 1255 North Beachwood Drive in Hollywood, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the construction of small lot houses rising four-stories high.
Vesta Custom Homes, LLC is listed as the project developer. KU & Associates is responsible for the designs.

Plans call for the subdivision of the project site that spans an area of 7,500 square feet into multiple lots to allow for the construction of five single-family dwellings. The proposed development will consist of four-story homes arranged in a row along a common driveway. Each would feature four bedrooms, a rooftop deck, and a two-car garage at street level.

A project application was submitted earlier this month to the Los Angeles Department of City Planning. Pending review and approval, the estimated construction timeline has not been revealed yet.
The project site is located south of Sunset Gower Studios.
