New Apartments Coming to 638 South Berendo Street, Koreatown, Los Angeles
A new residential project has been approved for development at 638 South Berendo Street in Koreatown, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the construction of a new eight-story apartment complex offering 162 units and onsite parking. The project will replace surface parking. Hankey Capital is the project developer.
