Gonzalez Goodale Architects is managing the design concepts and construction.

The development is by Meta Housing, a firm that specializes in arranging complex financing structures. The site will bring low-income housing to special needs families in the area utilizing financing from Western Community Housing, City of Los Angeles Housing + Community Investment Department, Los Angeles County Development Authority, California Tax Credit Allocation Committee (CTCAC), and California Debt Limit Allocation Committee (CDLAC).
