1111 Hill Street Tower is gradually progressing towards ground breaking in Downtown Los Angeles. The Sustainable Communities Environmental Assessment for the project was recently published. Crown Group is behind the project, which they intend to complete by 2025, hoping to start work by the end of this year.

Ground has broken at 4th Street and Main Street, in Santa Ana. The brand new project is being built in the city’s downtown by Toll Brothers Apartment Living and partner EJF Capital. It is “The first luxury multifamily community to be built here in decades,” according to Charles Elliott, president of Toll Brothers Apartment Living. “The Rafferty” is the Company’s Second Multifamily Community in the larger area of Orange County.
