Approval for an infill project has been granted for an apartment building proposed at 1814 South Federal Avenue in Sawtelle. The project proposal includes the development of an apartment complex with 11 units. The development site is currently a vacant lot, previously developed with a single-family lot. Federal Holdings 26 LLC and Jericho Holdings LLC are the project applicants. Warren Techentin Architecture is responsible for the design concepts.

Construction has topped out at 3766 South Motor Avenue, in Palms. Premier League is the developer behind the project. The site received a 70 percent density bonus, bringing additional housing, some low-income housing, as well as ground-level commercial space, to the area. The location previously had a couple of smaller residential buildings.

Construction stages have almost been successfully accomplished for a mixed-use development at 4864 Melrose Hill in East Hollywood, Los Angeles. The project proposes a six-story residential building with commercial space on the ground floor.
Warren Techentin Architecture is managing the design concept and construction of the project. Hollywood-based investor Andre Sabetfard is the project developer.
