Construction has begun and facade development can be seen up to the fourth floor of a supportive housing project at 660 South Stanford Avenue in Downtown Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the construction of a seven-story housing development. The project replaced a three-story fifty-unit single-room occupancy apartment building. Westwood-based Meta Housing Corp is the project developer. KFA Architects and Jag Architects have teamed up to conceptualize the design and manage the construction. RD Olson Construction is the general contractor.

70-Story Residential Tower Approved At 1045 South Olive Street In Downtown Los Angeles

Los Angeles City Planning Commission has finally approved the construction of what will soon rise as the fourth tallest building in Los Angeles at 1045 South Olive Street. The project proposal includes the construction of a 70-story structure feature hundreds of residential units, on-site parking, and retail space. The project will move forward after the existing commercial buildings on the project site are demolished. Miami-based developer, Crescent Heights is going to develop the project. ODA is managing the design concepts and construction.
