Art Studio and Space Approved for 5458 North Vineland Avenue, North Hollywood

On January 14, 2021 the city of Los Angeles approved the construction of a mixed use building with the intention of serving as a space for visual and performing artists which will include office suites and self storage units. Located at 5458 North Vineland Avenue, North Hollywood this new construction will serve as a new hub of the ever growing Los Angeles art scene. The project is derived from the minds of 1784 Capital Holdings who want to aid the needs of artists of all levels and skill sets.

Affordable Housing Development Coming to 6329 North Clybourn Avenue, North Hollywood

Abbey Road Inc aims to create an affordable housing development that promotes a sustainable neighborhood with mixed income households with the Sun Commons. This venture is part of the larger on going movement to create and develop new and affordable living spaces in desirable places such as in North Hollywood.

Construction Rising for Alexan NoHo West at 11950 West Erwin Street, North Hollywood, Los Angeles

Construction has reached the second floor for The Alexan NoHo West, a two-structure residential project at 11950 West Erwin Street in North Hollywood, Los Angeles. Crow Holdings and Baring Real Estate are working together on the project as joint-developers. The site is one of several properties led by Crown Holdings in greater Los Angeles. Although the development company is based out of Texas, it has ‘Alexan’ branded properties in states across the country, such as Florida, Massachusetts, and Colorado. They closed on this land in 2018. A Macy’s store and parking lot used to be near the location.
