3000 Crenshaw has yet to break ground in West Adams District. CIM Group is behind the project. The development, “Aims to bring value to the neighborhood by creating more employment opportunities while enhancing the walkability and streetscape of Crenshaw Boulevard.”
Another mixed-use development will soon be available on the market at 5109 West Adams Boulevard in Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the construction of a building offering residential and retail spaces. CIM Group is the project developer. Studio One Eleven is managing the design concepts and construction.
The Metropointe has opened at 3524 Chesapeake Avenue, in West Adams. The project has increased density at the location by up to 70 percent. Schaffel Development Company is behind the two building projects, referred to as Metropoine North and Metropoine South.
Framing is starting to rise at 2405 South Hauser Boulevard in West Adams. The project will bring denser housing and a couple of low-income housing units to the area. The site previously hosted smaller residential buildings. Westside Contractors are currently working on the project.
Exterior development can be seen hatching at 1421-1439 West Adams Boulevard in Santa Monica. The project proposal includes the construction of a mixed-use building with residences and retail space. Orion Capital is the project developer. Next Architecture is managing the design concepts and construction.
