A new multi-family residential project has been proposed for development at 333 Hope Street in Downtown, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the addition of 34-story residential tower to Bank of America Plaza, an existing office tower. The project site is currently developed with an office tower, subterranean parking structure, and landscaped plaza. LARGE Architecture is responsible for the designs. RELM is responsible for landscape architecture.

The project proposal includes the construction and operation of a new 13-story building to be utilized as a data center. The project site is currently occupied by a 179,105 square-foot, five-story parking structure, with no subterranean levels. GIP 7th Street, LLC is the project applicant. Youth Art Center Under Construction At 225 East 5th Street, Downtown Los Angeles

A new art center project is taking shape and form at its project site at 225 East 5th Street in Downtown Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the development of a youth art center in the historic Fire Station No. 23. The project calls for the conversion of the structure that dates back more than 20 years. The fire station came into service in 1910, and even accommodate horse-drawn fire engines until 1915. It was considered one of the most advanced facilities of its type at the time of its construction. Brooks + Scarpa is responsible for the designs.
