Residents are expected to start moving in in early 2022, according to a website dedicated to the site by developer Related Companies.
After seven years, City Council has finally granted approvals for a car wash redevelopment project proposed at 949 South Figueroa Street in Downtown, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the redevelopment of downtown’s most outdated carwash with a high-rise building. City Council approved a master conditional use permit and a transfer of floor area rights agreement for the tower.
