Designed by Lorcan O’Herlihy Architects (LOHA), the four-story building introduces a sculptural silhouette to Exposition Park, marked by a rhythmic series of gabled rooflines and vertical bays. The project will feature 25 fully furnished apartments averaging around 300 square feet, alongside shared amenities including a laundry room, community areas, and offices for on-site service providers.
