The project proposal includes the construction of residential units with outdoor spaces and on-site amenities. Global Premier Development, Inc is the project developer. KTGY Architects is managing the design concepts and construction.

Vancouver-based real estate developer, Omni Group, has initiated the construction of a high-rise residential development on the east side of Long Beach between Broadway and 3rd Street. The project proposal includes the construction of a 23-story residential high-rise featuring 400+ apartments and retail space. Plans call for rebuilding the Acres of Books building to serve as an approximately 9,300-square-foot food hall. The facade of the brick building, which is a historic landmark, will be retained.
