Work is finishing up on 8444 North Columbus Avenue, in North Hills. G.N.L. development, out of Tarzana, is behind the project. It will bring denser housing to the area, as well as a couple of low-income housing units. The exterior is a contemporary design, with balconies on some of the units.
An affordable housing project broke ground at 8811 North Sepulveda Boulevard in North Hills, and the project is now taking shape and form. The project proposal includes the development of a residential building featuring 356 income-restricted apartments. Meta Housing Group is the project developer. AC Martin is responsible for the design concepts and construction.
A new small lot subdivision will soon replace a single-family house constructed in the 1930s at 8327 North Burnet Avenue in North Hills, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes an application seeking approval to redevelop the site into nine single-family dwelling units. Plans call for the demolition of the existing single-family residence. Asaf Glazer is listed as the property owner who acquired the land in early 2019, according to the city records. GA Engineering is managing the design concepts and construction of the houses.
