Work is under way at West Warner Street, in Ventura. The expanded planned community, “Westview Village,” will bring fifty new senior housing units, as the third phase of four. The project includes the redevelopment of 180 existing public housing units for a new neighborhood of 286 affordable rental apartments for families and seniors, 34 for-sale townhomes, and 4 community buildings. The Housing Authority of the City of Ventura and BRIDGE Housing are behind the project.
211 North Garden Street Ventura has opened in Ventura. It has been titled, “Garden Street Lofts,” by developer The Becker Group. It will bring new residential apartments and some commercial space to the area.
Exteriors have taken shape at 24 East Santa Clara Street, in Ventura. The project, by The Becker Group, has been titled Mar Y Cel. It will bring 140 new apartments to the area, along with some commercial space and low income housing.
