Stories are rising at 770 South Seaward Avenue, in Ventura. The site is slated to become a Residence Inn Marriott. Pacifica Companies are bringing their experience to the project. They have also worked on a Hilton, as well as a Courtyard Marriott in Century City.

A new planned community has been approved for the expansion of Northbank Drive, in Ventura. The site will bring a variety of new units to the area, some of which will be low income. Dansk Investments is the developer for the project.

Ground is starting to move at the intersection of Johnson Drive and Northbank Drive, in Ventura. The project, previously titled Northbank Ventura, by developers Ravello Holdings and Devco, has been renamed to “The Willows.” The project will bring housing and commercial space to a long empty 8.03 acre parcel near the 101 freeway.

“Coastline Ventura” Opens at 997 Vista Del Mar

“Coastline Ventura” has recently opened at 997 Vista Del Mar. The project, by Johnson Development, has been over 15 years in the making. It will bring new, beachfront housing and retail to Ventura, as one of only nine institutional apartments in the western United States with ocean views and direct beach access.
