Existing improvements include an El Pollo Loco restaurant and an automobile repair garage. Irvine-based City Ventures is the project developer. WHA is designing the project.
A new residential project has been approved for development at 930 Compton Boulevard in Compton. The project proposal includes the development of 60 townhomes on an empty project site. Irvine-based homebuilder City Ventures is the project developer.
New townhomes have been approved for 5489 Saviers Road, in Oxnard. JBGR Investments is the developer for the project. Four of the units will be low income housing. For incentives, there will be a reduction in the required front yard setback from 25 feet to 15 feet, and a reduction in the required interior yard space requirement of 30% to 16%.

The property was previously home to a Marie Callendar’s restaurant. Newport Beach-based Mission Pacific Land Company is the project developer. William Hezmalhalch Architects is responsible for the design concepts. Hermann Design Group is the landscape architect for the project, designing its central recreation area and dog park.
