Located at the northeast corner of Crenshaw Boulevard and West 30th Street, the project replaces the former West Angeles Church campus. SKR Owner, LLC is listed as the owner and applicant, with design by AC Martin.
Construction is nearly complete for a new mixed-use development at 2455 South Overland Avenue in the Rancho Park neighborhood of Los Angeles. The site is located at the southeast corner of Overland Avenue and Ayres Avenue, directly south of Pico Boulevard and the former Westside Pavilion. The project, named Overland & Ayres, is being developed by GPI Companies. The design is led by MVE + Partners, with interiors by Cecconi Simone. The building replaces a former multi-level parking garage that once served the Westside Pavilion shopping mall.

Located at the intersection of West 3rd Street and South Fairfax Avenue, the project occupies the block bounded by South Ogden Drive to the east and sits directly across from The Grove and the Original Farmers Market.

The newly finished structure rises on the corner of Venice Boulevard and Glendon Avenue, replacing a former single-story commercial building. Venice Adventures, LLC is the developer behind the project. Plus Architects is responsible for the design.
