60 new units have been proposed for the Northeast corner of Everett Street and Walnut Canyon Road, in Moorpark. The site is currently under environmental analysis, according to city documents. FLPN is listed as the developer. The working name for the project is “Everett Street Terraces.”

The site is 2.4 acres over all, on an undeveloped, sloped location. The lot is an irregular shape. If approved, it will have a new 55,000 square foot design. The homes will be two stories, and terraced to work with the existing terrain.

Amenities will include an outdoor swimming pool, play area, and landscape and hardscape site improvements. Parking will be in a subterranean garage. There will be 153 parking spaces in total, including three handicap parking spaces.

Studio ZHE is behind the architectural design. Renderings depict a contemporary aesthetic. Layouts will include two to three bedrooms, and one to three bathrooms. Some of the units will have balconies. Lee Newman Design Group worked on the landscaping for the building.
