Los Angeles City Planning Commission has approved plans from the Downtown Women’s Center at 501 East 5th Street to expand its campus onto a neighboring parking lot at 5th Street and San Pedro Street in Skid Row. Daylight Community Development and GTM Holdings have partnered to develop the project.
