609 North Dillon Street is nearing the finish line, in Silver lake. The project, by CIM Group, will bring 52 new apartments to the area, as well as some ground floor retail space. The contemporary design continues to modernize the area, with 505 North Silver Lake Boulevard going up a block away, and “The Dillon,” which was also a CIM Group project, recently completed next door.
A large-scale mixed-use complex has been proposed at 2211 South Western Avenue in Jefferson Park, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the development of an eight-story building offering residential and retail spaces. The project site is the former home of the Los Angeles Metropolitan Medical Center. CIM Group is the project developer. AC Martin is responsible for the design concepts.
A new mixed-use project has been proposed at 5223 West Adams Boulevard, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the development of a six-story building offering retail and residential spaces. Mid Wilshire-based firm CIM Group is the project developer. Architect Sam Ghanouni of SG Design Inc is designing the project.
3000 Crenshaw has yet to break ground in West Adams District. CIM Group is behind the project. The development, “Aims to bring value to the neighborhood by creating more employment opportunities while enhancing the walkability and streetscape of Crenshaw Boulevard.”
Another mixed-use development will soon be available on the market at 5109 West Adams Boulevard in Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the construction of a building offering residential and retail spaces. CIM Group is the project developer. Studio One Eleven is managing the design concepts and construction.
