A new large-scale office building has been proposed for construction at 3401 Pico Boulevard in Santa Monica. The project proposal includes the construction of a new two-story building offering spaces for office use.  The property site houses the former Grammy Building. Collectively, the two buildings (proposed and existing) will maintain a low-scale commercial office presence. BKNM LLC is the project applicant. ShubinDonaldson is designing the proposed office complex.

The site formerly housed Angel’s Attic. The building which housed the museum, a late 19th century Victorian home, was demolished in mid-2021.
