Los Angeles World Airports recently announced the placement of the second pedestrian bridge structure over World Way. This bridge will connect the APM Center CTA station to Terminal 2 once the train system is complete. There will be six similar structures at Los Angeles International Airport in total, as part of the larger plan for the Automated People Mover (APM).
Work is over 70 percent complete on the Automated People Mover (APM) guideway at Los Angeles International Airport. Currently, the connection from the guideway over Century Boulevard is underway. The only additional sections to be connected are over Sepulveda Boulevard and between the Center and West Central Terminal Area.
Mixed-use development is taking its form and shape at 8821 South Sepulveda Boulevard in Westchester. The project proposal includes the construction of a residential building offering retail space. Caladan Investments is the project developer. Lahmon Architects is responsible for the design concepts and construction.
Stories are starting to rise at 8521 South Sepulveda Boulevard in Westchester, Los Angeles. The site will provide denser housing as well as some low-income housing to the area. Caladan Investments is the developer for the “L” shaped project built around a gas station.
Exterior construction has nearly finished at 6711 Sepulveda Boulevard, in Westchester. The building is located next door to our previous post, at 6733 South Sepulveda Boulevard. The project is for the Hanover Company, which is headquartered in Texas, but has properties throughout the United States.
