New Townhomes have been proposed for the Northeast corner of Pleasant Valley and Lewis Roads, in Camarillo. Williams Homes, of Santa Clarita, is listed as the developer for the project. Several extensions have been filed delaying the project, although plans were approved in 2016.
A new residential project has been proposed at 400 East Adams Boulevard in Historic South-Central, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the development of a four-story modular workforce housing project, replacing a car wash and a small restaurant on the site. Beverly Hills-based real investment firm Markwood is the project developer. The developer bought the property for $3 million. AERO Collective and AO have partnered to work on the design concepts.
Ground is moving at the corner of Pleasant Valley Road and Lewis Road, in Camarillo. Camarillo Village Homes, LLC is listed as the developer. The mixed use project forms the only commercial section of a larger project that will bring over 300 new homes to the area.
Construction has wrapped up, and a new facade can be seen for Le Méridien hotel in Arcadia, Los Angeles. Renderings have been released for the project including the construction of a new hotel. The project is in the first phase. Arcadia-based firm Chateau Group is the project developer. Architects Orange is responsible for the design concepts and construction.
A large-scale senior housing project at 2222 East 1st Street in Santa Ana has been completed. The senior housing development features 419 apartments. The housing complex is one of Southern California’s largest affordable housing projects Architects Orange is the mastermind behind designing the project. The project is a joint venture between AMG, The Pacific Companies, and Jamboree Housing.
