The project proposal includes the development of a multifamily housing plus retail building, replacing an existing vacant structure. Units are continuing to rise in the phased opening of Shore Line 50, at 5001 West Wooley Road, in Oxnard. The site is less than a mile from the beach. Williams Homes is behind the development. The site was previously referred to as Anacapa Townhomes in some documents.
