Construction has finally begun for a large apartment complex proposed at 800 South Western Avenue in Koreatown, Los Angeles. The proposed project includes the development of a mixed-use project offering residential and retail spaces. Plans call for the preservation of a parking garage built in the 1930s. Jamison Services is the project developer. KTGY Architecture + Planning is responsible for the design concepts and construction.

The project proposal includes the development of a multifamily housing plus retail building, replacing an existing vacant structure.
