The project proposal includes the construction of a new six-story building offering spaces for affordable housing, commercial use, and onsite residential services. The project proposal includes the development of an apartment building offering supportive housing and commercial spaces. Plans call for the demolition of a Los Angeles County office building on the site. LINC Housing Corporation and National CORE are the project developers. Glendale City Council and the Glendale Housing Authority authorized a loan commitment and lease option for a new affordable housing project at 515 Pioneer Drive in Glendale. The project proposal includes the construction of a residential complex deemed as Glendale’s largest affordable housing project. LINC Housing Corp and National CORE are the project developers. Construction has topped out at 3200 West Temple, in Filipinotown. The project has been titled “HiFi Collective,” by developers Link Housing. The site was previously the headquarters for Search to Involve Pilipino Americans (SIPA), who will occupy 6,100 square feet of the commercial ground floor, once the project finishes.
