The project proposal includes the construction of a building offering residential and retail space, replacing a few commercial buildings on the site. 3470 Wilshire Boulevard is set to break ground in 2022. The project will be one of the largest by Jamison Properties, who has quite a few other developments spread out throughout Koreatown, and surrounding areas. Plans call for a large amount of new apartments in the area, as well as some retail.
