The project proposal includes the development of an apartment complex with 11 units. The development site is currently a vacant lot, previously developed with a single-family lot. Federal Holdings 26 LLC and Jericho Holdings LLC are the project applicants. Warren Techentin Architecture is responsible for the design concepts.

Framing is nearly complete for the redesign of Lumen, at 11355-11377 West Olympic Boulevard, in Sawtelle, Los Angeles. The modern office space is the project of co-developers McCarthy Cook and Northwood Investors. The site was previously two office towers, a parking structure, and some smaller buildings.
