The project proposal includes the development of a four-story apartment building on a vacant lot. Domus Development is the project developer. Newport Partners is responsible for the design concepts.
Framing is starting to rise from the four basement levels at 1546 North Argyle Avenue, in Hollywood. The project, by Mill Creek, will bring 276 residential units, along with some commercial space, to the popular area between Hollywood Boulevard and Sunset Boulevard. The site is 1.1 acres overall.
A mixed-use project has been approved at 2405 West 8th Street in Westlake, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the development of a building offering residential spaces, commercial spaces, and onsite parking.
1530 North Cassil Place is shaping up in Hollywood. The project will bring 200 new units to the area. DE Architects is behind the design, which has a scaled roof to blend the eight story structure with the surrounding community.
Framing is rising at 7500 and 7550 Sunset Boulevard, in Hollywood. The project, adopted by Greystar, will bring 236 new units to the area, split between two buildings. The sites are expected to open in 2023.
