New townhomes have opened at 350 Lewis Road, in Camarillo. The site has been titled “ParkWest Townhomes,” by developer Aldersgate Investments. The luxury units include a variety of amenities and are a two minute drive away from the 101 Freeway and Train Station.
The site is 7.8 acres. There are a total of 87 homes. Each is three stories tall, including an above-grade garage. Designs range from 1,200 square feet to 2,000 square feet, in four different layouts. The smallest is a two bedroom with two and a half baths, and the largest a four bedroom with three and a half baths.
Amenities include a pool, a central courtyard with a dining area, a barbecue, a tot lot, and a parcourse equipment station. There is 39,500 square feet of common open space overall. There are 209 parking stalls, 174 in garages and 35 open spaces.
Summa Architecture is behind the design. The site previously had a manufacturing facility, which was demolished in 2011. The current layout is made of 14 buildings, ranging from three to nine townhomes long. The design is modern mediterranean. Elements include light to medium beige tones, arches, trellises, decorative stone, and varied wall surfaces.
