The project proposal includes the development of a mixed-use building with residential units and retail space. LaTerra is the project developer. Tighe Architecture is responsible for the design concepts and construction.
A project with mixed-use spaces is proposed at 2311 North Hollywood Way in Burbank, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the construction of four buildings with housing, retail, and office spaces. A retail store will be demolished for the project to move forward. Century City-based firm LaTerra Development is the project developer. Urban Architecture Lab is managing the design concepts and construction.
Ground has been broken at 777 North Front Street for the massive LaTerra Select project in Burbank, Los Angeles. The site will bring much-needed housing to Burbank, which has one of, if not the highest, shortages of housing to job ratios in the state, with employers such as Walt Disney, Warner Brothers, and Nickelodeon Animation located close by. The site will be the largest of LaTerra’s developments to date.
Framing has finished at 1100 West Temple Street, in Angelino Heights. The project is by LaTerra Development. They aim to give residents a less expensive option than projects in the core of Downtown Los Angeles while being in a location that provides many of the same benefits.
Construction has topped out at 12575 Venice Boulevard in Mar Vista, Los Angeles. The structure, in development by LaTerra, will bring more housing to the Venice Mar Vista Arts District, recently created by the City of Los Angeles. The site was purchased in 2019. The location is a short drive from Google, Facebook, Apple, Amazon Studios, and Sony.
