The project proposal includes the development of a seven-story apartment building offering affordable housing units as well. Los Angeles-based real estate developer Local Development LLC is the project developer. Lahmon Architects is responsible for the design concepts.

Exterior finishing has started at 5550 West Pico Boulevard in Mid-Wilshire. When completed, it will bring denser housing, and some low income housing to the area. Wiseman Residential is the developer behind the project.

An eight-story apartment complex is planned at 5001 Wilshire Boulevard in Hancock Park. The project proposal includes the construction of 242 residential units and the demolition of a strip mall. The retail center that will be replaced was built in the 1980s at the northwest corner of Wilshire Boulevard and Highland Avenue. Pacific Springs LLC is the developer property owner. TCA Architects is managing the design concept and construction of the project.

Entitled, “One Muesem Square Apartments,” the project, directly across the street from La Brea Park, has been in development by JH Snyder Company since 2019, with a $96,621,310.00 permit valuation. JH Snyer is a longtime community development company in Los Angeles.
