Conceptual design plans have been revealed for nine apartments at 3520 West Marathon Street in Silver Lake. The proposed development will replace an existing early 20th-century single-family house standing on the site. Los Angeles-based real estate and design firm SuperLA is responsible for the project.

Architect Amit Apel is designing the houses. San Marino-based entity 11370 Ovada Project, LLC is the property owner and developer.

FSY Architects is managing the design concepts and construction. R.D. Olson Construction is the general contractor of the project.
