Work Progressing on LAMP at LAX

Work is progressing on LAMP (Landslide Access Modernization Program) at LAX. The Consolidated Rent-A-Car (ConRAC) facility is wrapping up on the structural concrete pouring phase. When completed, 6.4-million-square-foot complex will have space for 18,000 vehicles, making it the largest parking structure in the world.

The Automated People Mover Now Over 87 Percent Complete

The Automated People Mover (AMP) is now over 87 percent complete at Los Angeles International Airport. A major milestone was recently reached when the segment over Century Boulevard, one of the busiest streets in the city, was installed over the course of four months. The improvement will make progress more recognizable, and change the skyline of the superstructure.

Framework Rising for CGI Developments, in Koreatown

Back-to-back developments are rising at 839 Fedora Street and 826-840 South Mariposa Avenue, in Koreatown. CGI Strategies is the developer behind both buildings. Six lots were assembled to make the site, which was acquired in 2017. The site will have a large roof deck that will provide views of the Los Angels Skyline.
